On October 29, 2009, Hampden Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company"), the holding company for Hampden Bank, announced its financial results for the three months ended September 30, 2009. On October 29, 2009, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per common share, payable on November 25, 2009, to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 10, 2009. A copy of the press release announcing the declaration is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
