On November 2, 2009, Entercom Communications Corp. (the "Company") issued a press release (the "Press Release") announcing third quarter 2009 results. Specifically, the Company announced that for the third quarter of 2009:

†        net revenues of $99.8 million;

†        station operating expenses of $66.3 million;

†        corporate general and administrative expenses of $5.8 million;

†        operating income of $23.4 million;

†        income from continuing operations of $18.3 million; and

†        net income of $18.3 million.
