On October 28, 2009, Middleburg Financial Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release reporting its financial results for the period ended September 30, 2009. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
On October 29, 2009, the Company issued a press release reporting the declaration of a cash dividend of $0.10 per share.
