APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENTS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS
On October 30, 2009, Multi-Color Corporation (the "Company") was notified by its
Senior Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Dawn H. Bertsche,
that she does not intend to renew her Employment Agreement when it expires on
October 31, 2011. The Employment Agreement would have renewed automatically
unless Ms. Bertsche or the Company provided a notice of non-renewal at least 24
months prior to its expiration.
