On October 29, 2009, Louisiana Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") announced it has approved the purchase of 5% of its outstanding common stock, subject to the completion of the Company's previously announced fourth repurchase program. There are currently 8,147 shares remaining to be repurchased under the Company's on-going fourth repurchase program.
