On October 28, 2009, Orchids Paper Products Company (the "Registrant") reported its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2009. A copy of the Registrant's press release containing this information is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
As previously announced, the Registrant will hold a teleconference to discuss third quarter results at 11:00 a.m. (ET) on Thursday, October 29.
