Fathers Role Change and Compensation Increase

On October 28, 2009, Savvis announced that the Compensation Committee of its Board of Directors approved the assumption effective immediately by William D. Fathers, SVP, Managing Director- US, of the responsibilities for US Sales that had previously been held by Mr. Paul F. Goetz, who has submitted his resignation, effective December 31, 2009.
