On October 27, 2009, Molex Incorporated furnished a press release announcing its results of operations for the first quarter ended September 30, 2009 and a copy of the slides to be presented at its October 27, 2009 web cast. The slide "Outlook" incorrectly stated the EPS GAAP and Restructuring Charge as reported in the earnings release. Attached hereto is the corrected "Outlook" slide dated October 28, 2009.
