On October 28, 2009, Internet Brands, Inc. ("Internet Brands") issued a press release (the "Press Release") and is holding a conference call to report its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2009. The full text of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
