On October 27, 2009, XsunX, Inc., a Colorado corporation (the "Company") released a letter to shareholders providing an update to the Company's efforts to develop new technology for the mass production of Copper Indium Gallium (di) Selenide (CIGS) thin film solar cells. The letter outlines how recent progress underscores the suitability of existing high throughput hard disk manufacturing platforms for use in the adaptation of small area CIGS photovoltaic manufacturing techniques.
