ITEM 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 27, 2009, DRI Corporation announced that its Mobitec AB subsidiary in Sweden, through its Castmaster Mobitec India Private Limited joint venture in India, has received a record high single order valued at approximately $5.0 million USD from a large transit system operator in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

The Company incorporates by reference the information included in Item 7.01 and Item 9.01 of this Form 8-K. This Form 8-K and the attached exhibit are furnished to, but not filed with, the Securities and Exchange Commission.
