On October 26, 2009, Tandy Brands Accessories, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its preliminary financial results for the first fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2009. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
