Effective October 24, 2009, William Warner has resigned from Shuffle Master,
Inc.'s (NASDAQ National Market: SHFL) (the "Company") Board of Directors for
personal business reasons. His resignation was not due to any disagreement with
the Company's senior management or independent auditors or about any
disagreement with the Company's operations, policies, practices, or financial
statements.
