The Press Release and Presentation include information regarding (1) comparable earnings and comparable earnings per share (EPS) from continuing operations for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2009 and 2008, (2) comparable earnings and comparable EPS for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2009 and 2008, and (3) comparable effective income tax rate from continuing operations for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2009 and 2008, all of which are non-GAAP financial measures as defined by SEC regulations.
