Item 8.01. Other Events.

On October 21, 2009, the Company issued a press release announcing the withdrawal its application with the Nevada State Gaming Control Board for the approval of the Company's current mobile gaming system for traditional casino games, such as poker, keno and slots, and certain resultant expected charges.

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
