Appointment of Principal Officers.
On October 22, 2009, Edgewater Technology, Inc. (the "Company") announced
both the resignations of David Gallo, the Company's Chief Operating Officer,
effective November 20, 2009, and Barry White, a member of the Company's Board of
Directors, effective October 21, 2009. A copy of the press release issued by the
Company concerning the resignations is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 (the
"Press Release") and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
