On October 22, 2009, Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter of its 2010 fiscal year ended September 30, 2009. The press release includes certain non-generally accepted accounting principles ("GAAP") financial measures.
