On October 14, 2009, the European Patent Office Technical Board of Appeal upheld
the Opposition Division's revocation of the Company's EP 682 040 patent on
formal issues. The Technical Board of Appeal did not consider substantive issues
of patentability. The Company does not anticipate this decision having an impact
on the Company's revenues.
