Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
(a) On October 21, 2009, Gentex Corporation issued a news release announcing financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2009. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
