On October 20, 2009, Hirsch International Corp. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that its stockholders voted to approve the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of July 2, 2009, by and among the Company, Hirsch Holdings, Inc. and HIC Acquisition Company, at a special meeting of the Company's stockholders. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. The Agreement and Plan of Merger was originally filed by the Company as an exhibit to its Current Report on Form 8-K filed July 2, 2009.
