(b) On October 15, 2009, Wade Hampton resigned his position as Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer of Accuray Incorporated (the "Company") to pursue other interests. Mr. Hampton will receive severance benefits in accordance with the terms of his employment agreement with the Company, a copy of which is on file with the Commission.
