On October 16, 2009, St. Mary Land & Exploration Company (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid November 9, 2009, to stockholders of record as of the close of business October 30, 2009.
