On October 19, 2009, Secure America Acquisition Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing that the Company filed and commenced mailing of its definitive proxy statement in connection with its special stockholders meeting to approve, among other things, a business combination with Ultimate Escapes Holdings, LLC, and its special meeting of warrantholders to approve the amendment of certain terms of its warrants. The Company also announced that it has changed the date of the special meetings from October 27, 2009 to October 28, 2009. The Company's stockholders and warrantholders of record as of the close of business on October 13, 2009 will receive notice of and voting materials relating to the special meetings.
