Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement

AmeriServ Financial, Inc. announced that its'banking subsidiary, AmeriServ Financial Bank, and United Steelworkers Local 2635-06 have agreed to a new four year contract. The new contract covers the workforce through October 2013.
