Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 16, 2009, Alexander J. Denner delivered notice to ADVENTRX
Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the "Company") of his resignation, effective immediately,
as a director of the Company and from all committees of the Company and its
Board of Directors. Dr. Denner's resignation was not because of a disagreement
with the Company known to any of its executive officers on any matter relating
to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
