On October 16, 2009, Del Monte Foods Company ("DMFC") announced that its wholly owned subsidiary Del Monte Corporation ("Del Monte") had completed its previously announced tender offer and consent solicitation for any and all of its 8 5/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2012 (the "Notes"). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
