Terex Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release on October 15, 2009, announcing that it will be releasing its third quarter 2009 financial results on Wednesday, October 21, 2009, after the close of the market. The Company also announced that it will host a conference call on Thursday, October 22, 2009 at 8:30 a.m., Eastern Time, to review the Company's third quarter 2009 financial results. A simultaneous webcast of the teleconference and a replay of the teleconference will be accessible to the public at www.terex.com.
