Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On October 14, 2009, Enzo Biochem, Inc., a New York corporation, (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its operating results for its fourth fiscal quarter ended July 31, 2009 and its fiscal year ended July 31, 2009 and that it will conduct a conference call to discuss the results on Thursday, October 15, 2009 at 8:30 a.m., Eastern time. The details of how to participate in the call are set forth in the press release.

A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto and is incorporated by reference in its entirety into this item 2.02 of this Current Report on Form 8-K.
