On October 8, 2009, Ms. Amy W. Leong, the Controller of TC PipeLines GP, Inc. (TCP GP), submitted her resignation effective November 6, 2009. TCP GP is our general partner and, as Controller of TCP GP, Ms. Leong served as TC PipeLines, LP's principal financial officer. TCP GP is commencing a search for Ms. Leong's replacement.
