On April 23, 2009, Quick-Med Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") filed a Form 8-K with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") reporting a Joint Development and Exclusive Option Agreement (the "Agreement") entered into by and between the Company and Avery Dennison Corporation ("Avery") effective as April 17, 2009 ("April 23 Form 8-K"). The Company attached a redacted version of the License Agreement as an exhibit to the April 23 Form 8-K pursuant to a Confidential Treatment Request letter that the Company submitted to the SEC.

After filing the April 23 Form 8-K, the Company's request for confidential treatment of portions of the exhibit of the Agreement was reviewed by the SEC. As a result, the Company attaches the revised exhibit of the Agreement to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
