On October 13, 2009, DPL Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it will release its earnings for the third quarter of 2009 on Wednesday, October 28, 2009, after the market closes. On Thursday, October 29, 2009, at 9:30 A.M. Eastern Time, the Company will conduct a live webcast of its conference call with financial analysts. Company executives will present an overview of the Company's financial results and discuss earnings guidance for 2009 and 2010, followed by a question and answer session.
