Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
Denis K. Isono has been promoted and appointed as Vice Chair and Chief
Operations Officer of Central Pacific Financial Corp. ("CPF") and Central
Pacific Bank ("CPB") effective as of October 13, 2009. Mr. Isono, age 58, has
been the Executive Vice President, Operations and Services for CPF and CPB since
September 2004 and was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer
for CPB from May 2002 to September 2004. Mr. Isono's annual base salary has been
increased from $211,500 to $250,000. Other elements of his compensation and
benefits package have remained unchanged.
