Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 12, 2009, Shiner International, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the designation of its Company's Packaging Industrial Park Project in Hainan as a "Budgeted Investment Plan" by the Chinese central government and receipt of a multi-million RMB subsidy towards its construction. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
