On October 8, 2009, Michael Barnes, the Chief Technical Officer for the Equipment Business, announced his resignation from the Company effective as of October 30, 2009. Mr. Barnes' responsibilities will be distributed within the Company's existing organization, and will report to Kevin Fairbairn, the Chief Executive Officer, on an interim basis.
