(b) On October 5, 2009, Rae Ann Werner, our Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer, notified us that she will be resigning her positions with our company. To facilitate the transition of her responsibilities, Ms. Werner has agreed to continue in her current positions until January 8, 2010.
