On October 8, 2009, Secure America Acquisition Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing that the Company's special meeting of stockholders to approve, among other things, a business combination with Ultimate Escapes Holdings, LLC, and its special meeting of warrantholders to approve the amendment of certain terms of its warrants, will be held on October 27, 2009 at 10:00 am and 10:30 am Eastern Time, respectively, at the offices of its outside counsel, and that the Company's stockholders and warrantholders of record as of the close of business on October 13, 2009 will receive notice of and voting materials relating to the special meetings.
