Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain
Officers.
On September 30, 2009, the Compensation Subcommittee (the "Subcommittee") of the
Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors (the "Compensation Committee"),
acting in accordance with the recommendation of the Compensation Committee,
approved a change to the compensation of Christine A. Sampson, Interactive Data
Corporation's chief accounting officer and interim chief financial officer. The
Subcommittee approved the payment to Ms. Sampson of a monthly bonus in the
amount of $8,333.33 (with partial months pro-rated), in addition to her current
compensation, for so long as Ms. Sampson continues to serve in the role of
interim chief financial officer.
