Officers.
(b) Effective October 1, 2009, Orthovita, Inc. (the "Company") and David J.
McIlhenny, the Company's Senior Vice President of Operations, have mutually
agreed that, effective October 1, 2009, Mr. McIlhenny will become the Company's
Senior Project Engineer of Operations and report to the Company's Vice President
of Operations. As a result of this change, Mr. McIlhenny is no longer an
executive officer of the Company.
