On October 2, 2009, Glacier Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ "GBCI") announced the completion of the acquisition of First Company, a Wyoming corporation, whereby First Company will merge with and into GBCI and its wholly owned subsidiary, First National Bank & Trust Company, will become a wholly owned subsidiary of GBCI.
