Appointment of Principal Officers.
(b) Majesco Entertainment Company (the "Company") announces the unexpected death
of director Mark Stewart, who passed away on September 21, 2009. Mr. Stewart
served as a director of the Company since January 2007 and will be greatly
missed. He was a member of the Audit, Compensation, and Nominating and
Governance committees of the Company's board of directors.
On September 28, 2009, the Company issued a press release announcing
Mr. Stewart's passing. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current
Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
