Blackwater Midstream Corp. (the "Company") will participate in the 2009 RedChip New York Small-Cap Investor Conference being held in New York City on September 30th and October 1st, 2009. Members of the Company's management will make a PowerPoint presentation to the conference participants concerning the Company's business model, current operations, future operational projections and current outlook. Additionally, the Company's management will participate in TV, radio and webcast interviews.
