On September 28, 2009, Old National Bancorp (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it completed its previously announced underwritten public offering of its common stock by issuing 20,700,000 shares of common stock, including 2,700,000 shares issued pursuant to the underwriters' over-allotment option, at a public offering price of $10.00 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $207 million.
