(d) Pall Corporation previously reported on a Form 8-K dated July 22, 2009 that
its Board of Directors (the "Board") elected Robert B. Coutts as a Director,
effective as of July 16, 2009. The purpose of this amendment is to report that
the Board appointed Mr. Coutts to serve as a member of the Compensation
Committee, effective September 21, 2009.
