On September 24, 2009, Pinnacle Airlines Corp. issued a press release announcing, that the pilots of its wholly owned subsidiary, Pinnacle Airlines, Inc., voted against ratification of their tentative agreement to amend their collective bargaining agreement. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
