Officers
On September 21, 2009, Stephen G. Pagliuca resigned from the Board of
Directors of the Company, effective immediately, after having served
on the Board since December 2002. At the time of his resignation,
Mr. Pagliuca was chairman of the compensation committee and also
served on the executive committee. Mr. Pagliuca's decision to resign
was due to his decision to run for the U.S. Senate seat for
Massachusetts and was not the result of any disagreement with the
Company.
