On September 16, 2009, the Board of Directors of the registrant awarded a $2.5 million cash bonus to the registrant's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Joseph V. Taranto, in consideration for the previously announced extension of the term of his employment with the registrant to December 31, 2010.
