Item 7.01 Regulation FD

On September 21, 2009, the Registrant issued a press release announcing the closing of its previously announced public offering of common shares pursuant to the Company's shelf registration statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and a shelf prospectus filed with certain Canadian securities regulatory authorities. The Company sold 8.8 million common shares at a price of US$2.25 per common share. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1.32 million additional common shares to cover over-allotments, if any. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1. In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the information set forth herein and in the press release is deemed to be "furnished" and shall not be deemed to be "filed" for purposes of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
