Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Bradford A. Zakes, the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of
ImaRx Therapeutics, Inc. (the "Company"), has notified the Company that he is
resigning as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company in
order to accept a position with WA 32609, Inc., the purchaser of substantially
all of the Company's assets in a transaction completed by the Company on
September 4, 2009. Mr. Zakes resignation is effective as of Friday,
September 18, 2009.
