Attached as Exhibit 99.1 is an investor presentation being made by Secure America Acquisition Corporation (the "Company") in connection with its proposed business combination with Ultimate Escapes Holdings, LLC, which investor presentation has been updated to reflect, among other things, that Ultimate Escapes has consummated the acquisition of certain assets from Private Escapes Holdings, LLC, which is one of the conditions to the closing of the Company's proposed business combination with Ultimate Escapes.
