Standard; Transfer of Listing
On September 15, 2009, the Company received notification from Nasdaq that it
was not in compliance with the minimum $1.00 bid price requirement as set forth
in Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(4) and was provided 180 calendar days, or
until March 15, 2010 to correct the deficiency.
On September 18, 2009, the Company issued a press release announcing the
delisting notification, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
